Many other fitness chains in the area have changed their name and ownership, sold gimmicks, and have had service issues, whereas LFW has stood the test of time in the competitive marketplace. Our wonderful reputation, our one on one approach to members, and our great customer service has always been and will continue to be our approach to helping women live a healthy lifestyle.

LFW is owned and operated by an Alumni of Meredith College. She has many years of certified personal training, nutrition, and business experience in the fitness industry. Our management and leadership team bring years of education in fitness and nutrition to the organization. We believe this is instrumental in achieving all womens fitness goals.
