Ladies Fitness & Wellness offers a variety of cardiovascular, strength training and flexibility classes to women of all abilities and fitness levels. Choose a schedule that works for you from over 45 classes per week conveniently available between the hours 6:00 am to 7pm.
Group Fitness
Cardio Interval A fun class executed in intervals moving from cardio to weight work in 4-5 minute segments. Great class for all levels. (1 hour)
Cardio Combo Get the best of two classes in one! 30 minutes of low impact and 30 minutes of step! (1hr)
CardioBox A combination of aerobic and boxing technique. A FUN cardio workout!!

Cardio Sculpt This class is designed to be a full body workout targeting all major muscle groups using free weights, body bars, bands and balls! (1hr)
Step A high energy, low impact workout on The Step/Step Reebok consisting of a warm-up, an aerobic stepping portion, and a cool-down with optional toning. (1 hour)
Step and Weights A great step class that also incorporates light strength training at the end! (1 hour)
Step Interval A class designed to provide overall body conditioning. It consists of 3-5 minute alternating segments of step and strength training. (1 hour)
Low Interval A fun class executed in intervals moving from cardio to weight work in 4-5 minute segments. Great class for all levels. (1 hour)
Power Walk Enjoy a great fitness power walking class outside! A great way to enjoy the nice Fall weather! (1 hour)
Athletic Training Get in shape with sports specific moves. Great for members who are into sport style training! (1hr)
